Lost or Stolen Card? Suspected Fraud?

Credit Card

  • For Suspected Fraud, Lost or Stolen Credit Card, Contact the Credit Union directly at 814-226-5032

Debit Card

  • For Suspected Fraud, Lost or Stolen Debit Card, Call 855-219-5399.
  • You may also deactivate your debit card by selecting “Deactivate Debit Card” in the mobile app. Select the card you wish to deactivate and no further transactions will be processed. Once your debit card has been deactivated, notify the Credit Union. If your card is located, you may call the Credit Union to re-activate your debit card.
  • If your debit card needs reissued, visit one of our 4 branch locations. A new debit card can be printed in minutes.

• Pin Numbers

Monitor Your Accounts and Transactions Daily with Online and Mobile Banking

• Enroll in our Online Banking.

• Sign up for Mobile Banking and download our app to access your account information from your smartphone or tablet.

• Sign up for Text Alerts through Online and Mobile Banking. Text Alerts are customized notifications that can alert you when a large transaction has taken place, your account balance is low and much more.
