E-Signature Disclosure

Electronic Signature Agreement & Disclosure

By clicking on the “I Agree” button below, you are signing up to receive your account statements, disclosures and other documents, online instead of postal mail. Please review the information below carefully before clicking the “I Agree” button as it contains important details about this service. Your use of this service constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement as well as the Credit Union’s policies and procedures.

E-Signature Agreement

In this agreement, the words “you” and “your” mean any person authorized to use or given access to use any Personal Identification Information in connection with this service and any owner on any Top Tier FCU account that may be accessing it. This agreement is a contract that establishes the terms for e-statements, disclosures and other documents. If you enter into this agreement, you accept all the terms and conditions contained herein. All of your accounts at Top Tier FCU are also governed by the disclosures you received when you opened the account.

Scope of Consent

By accepting this Agreement, you agree to receive your account statement(s), disclosures, newsletters, promotional materials, tax documents and all future notices or disclosures as required by law, delivered electronically via email or through the Top Tier FCU Home Banking website.

Accessing E-statements and Other Documents

Notice will be sent to the email address you have provided when your documents are available for viewing. You will need to log into your account through the Top Tier FCU Online Banking website or Mobile App to view your documents. You may request a paper copy of your documents at any time by contacting the Credit Union at (814) 226-5032 or at info@toptierfcu.org.

Hardware and Software 

Prior to consenting to this Agreement, you should verify that you have the following hardware and software: 

E-mail Address

In order to receive notifications, you must provide Top Tier FCU with a valid e-mail address. We are not responsible for your failure to receive your documents in a timely manner if you fail to keep us updated at all times with your current e-mail address.

Your Right to Terminate

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic documents by contacting us via email at info@toptierfcu.org or by calling us at (814) 226-5032. If you withdraw your consent to receive electronic documents, we will resume delivery of your paper communications by U.S. Mail. There is no fee associated with the reinstatement of mailed paper communications. 

Notices

Top Tier FCU reserves the right to change the terms and conditions upon which this service is offered. Top Tier FCU will post a notice on the Online Banking Website about changes to the electronic document service. Use of the electronic document service is subject to existing regulations governing your accounts and any future change to those regulations.

Additional Provisions

You acknowledge and agree that you have read and understand the terms and conditions of this E-Signature Disclosure Agreement, that any e-mail address or mobile phone number that you provided is active and accurate and that you will notify us of any changes to your e-mail address or mobile phone number.
