Online Bill Pay
Still paying bills the hard way? When it comes to keeping track of when your bills are due, you need a simple solution. Top Tier’s bill pay service allows you to pay your bills online with no monthly fees, no limit on the number of payees and no per-transaction fees. Because sometimes the simple solution is the best solution.
E-statements
E-statements give you convenient and secure access to your monthly and quarterly account statements. E-statements are delivered to you electronically via our home banking program within the first few days of each month. There’s no fee for E-statements and it’s easy to sign up. Just log in to your Online Banking account, click “Statements”, agree to the terms and verify your email address. It’s that simple.
Text Alerts
Stay up-to-date on account activity and keep your account secure with custom text alerts. Get balance notifications, overdraft alerts and keep track of debit card usage. Click the Alerts tab in Online Banking or in the Mobile App to set up your custom alerts.
Mobile Banking
Get complete access to your accounts right on your mobile device! Visit the App Store or Google Play Store. Search Top Tier FCU. Download our App and click Enroll to set up Mobile Banking.

How to get started:
- Download or update the Mobile Banking App: The app can be found in the app store by searching Top Tier FCU
- Download the Mobile Deposit App
- Log in to the Mobile Banking App
- Select mobile deposit from menu
- Endorse check and write “for mobile deposit only at Top Tier FCU”
- Enter amount of check
- Snap photo of front and back of check
- Hit deposit!
Endorsement Requirement when depositing checks via mobile deposit
All checks must be signed with members signature followed by “for mobile deposit only at Top Tier FCU”.
Deposit Limits
- Members are limited to 5 deposits per business day
- Individual checks may not exceed $2,500
- Daily Deposits may not exceed $2,500
- Members are limited to a total of 10 deposits per week
- Weekly deposits may not exceed $5,000
- Members are limited to a total of 15 deposits per month
- Total monthly deposits may not exceed $7,500
Funds Availability
Mobile deposits approved by 1:30 pm will be deposited the same day by 4 pm. Deposits received after 1:30 pm will be deposited by 4 pm the NEXT business day. *holds may be placed and deposit times may vary from stated above. See hold policy.
