The Credit Union’s story began on February 6, 1940, when nine employees of the Owens-Illinois Glass Plant in Clarion signed the organization certificate of Clarion Onized Federal Credit Union. From this small group, a Credit Union to serve the needs of the Owens-Illinois employees was formed. Today, the Credit Union serves more than 17,000 members across 13 counties in Northwestern Pennsylvania.
You are eligible to join if you: live, work, worship, attend school or regularly conduct business in Clarion, Jefferson, Forest, Venango, Butler, Armstrong, Mercer, Crawford, Warren, McKean, Elk, Indiana or Clearfield County in Pennsylvania.
We offer a full range of financial products and services to meet your needs. A $5 deposit is required to open your account. The $5 remains in your account for the duration of your membership.

Credit Union Days
Top Tier is committed to assisting local businesses and their employees with financial education through Credit Union Days. We provide lunch and a casual environment for employees to learn about financial topics, ask questions and explore products and services available through the Credit Union. There is a free service for your business.
