• To be eligible for the giveaway, you must either be a current Top Tier FCU member who is not signed up for E-statements or a new member that has started their membership during the time frame of the giveaway. Members must sign up for E-statements between Nov. 1, 2025 and Nov. 30, 2025. Winner’s first name and last initial will be posted on Top Tier FCU’s Social Media pages.
