Board of Directors

All decisions made by the Board of Directors must be guided by the best interests of the membership.

Responsibilities of voluntary board members include:

  • Planning the Credit Union’s course
  • Setting policies
  • Making sure the Credit Union maintains its sound financial condition
  • Keeping communication open to educate members on services
  • Reviewing management’s progress in achieving goals and objectives
  • Reporting to the members at the annual meeting

Each year in April, our membership decides, by way of voting, which candidates will best represent the Credit Union on the Board of Directors. There are 9 board seats. Directors serve 3 year terms. Three board seats are up for election each year. The Board meets in the evening on the 3rd Tuesday of each month.
